Mary Padula-Malchak brings a medically oriented focus to massage therapy that comes from being an orthopedic nurse and a disability consultant. She uses her medical and business background to respond to her clients in a warm, confident, and professional manner. She can quickly assess and adapt to her client needs. Her passion for massage shows in her ability to be effective, getting results that other therapists maybe unable to achieve.

Mary learned how debilitating a back and /or nervous disorder could be when she became a disability consultant with one of the largest disability insurance carriers in the United States. This was the driving force behind her career in massage, opening Vestal Massage Therapy In 1996.

Christine has a warm, calming personality with strong professional integrity that makes you comfortable with her immediately. She is a gifted therapist. She is interested in the mind-body-soul connection and continues to seek new ways to enhance her practice.

Christine has volunteered at College Health Fairs, Wellness Expos and other community events such as the Relay for Life. She is an occasional guest speaker regarding massage and the effects it has on individuals with disabilities.

She has taken course work in Aromatherapy and incorporates this knowledge to individualize her massage sessions according to each client‘s needs and preferences.
